It measures approximately ~ 15 5/8" x ~ 12 1/2" x ~ 6 1/2"
It has a handle on the top.
It is metal.
It has a keylock on its side. We did not get any key.
However, it is currently in the unlocked position so
you can get to its inner workings.
It has three wires coming out of it:
1) a power cord
2) a wire with a black round piece with a red push button on top
3) and a wire with a 6 pin cyclinder on its end.
The last one has a typed instruction on it that says:
C/E Reinforce Outlet on A100075 or BCI Reward A100076 (FRRP)
We were told that:
" this item is used by psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers to deliver rewards to patients/experimental subjects.
They get tokens that can be traded for another reward such as food, game time, etc."

A bag of tokens that were used with the dispenser will be included.
We basically plugged it in.
We then pressed the red push button on the end of the one cable
and heard activation of something in the equipment.
That was the extent of the test.
It will be an as is sale.
